No, we don’t make cheeses, but all of our products are sourced from Ontario cheesemakers.

Yes! In fact, while many of the cheeses we sell are not marketed as “lactose free”, they are aged beyond 18 months, and are therefore inherently free of lactose.

We source our fresh curds from Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese, in Woodstock ON. They are delivered to us fresh each Friday afternoon.

Yes! Currently we have cashew cheeses made by Green Goddess Fromagerie, in Guelph ON.

We sure do! We carry a rotating selection of goat, sheep, and water buffalo cheeses.

Because most of our cheeses are produced by small-batch cheesemakers and farmers, the availability depends on the time of year, whether the animals are making milk, and whether the cheeses have sufficiently aged to be ready for sale.

It’s a curated selection of 3 cheeses that is available to order monthly, up until the second Friday of each month. It is not a subscription, so you can order one box at a time if that is what you choose. Orders are available to pick up the last Saturday of each month.
